{"id":1310,"date":"2013-10-21T18:23:41","date_gmt":"2013-10-21T18:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asesoriaclaret.nbgroup.es\/la-limitacio-de-pagaments-en-efectiu\/"},"modified":"2013-10-21T18:23:41","modified_gmt":"2013-10-21T18:23:41","slug":"la-limitacio-de-pagaments-en-efectiu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asesoriaclaret.com\/ca\/la-limitacio-de-pagaments-en-efectiu\/","title":{"rendered":"LA LIMITACI\u00d3 DE PAGAMENTS EN EFECTIU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es-->La Llei 7\/2012, de 29 d&#8217;octubre, de modificaci\u00f3 de la normativa tribut\u00e0ria i pressupost\u00e0ria i d&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 de la normativa financera per a la intensificaci\u00f3 de les actuacions en la prevenci\u00f3 i lluita contra el frau, a l&#8217;article 7, <strong>LIMITA EL PAGAMENT EN EFECTIU A TOTES LES OPERACIONS AMB UN IMPORT IGUAL O SUPERIOR A 2500,00\u20ac o el seu contravalor en moneda estrangera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I hem de fer esment al tema, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els particulars els que m&#8217;han fet arribar la consulta en trobar-se en el pagament que han de fer per exemple en ocasi\u00f3 de les reparacions a casa seva: <strong>PRECISAMENT LA NORMA DE LIMITACI\u00d3 \u00c9S: SEMPRE QUE INTERVINGUI EN L&#8217;OPERACI\u00d3 UN PROFESSIONAL O EMPRESA EST\u00c0 PROHIBIT EL PAGAMENT EN EFECTIU PER IMPORT IGUAL O SUPERIOR A 2500,OO\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AIX\u00d2 \u00c9S, EL PARTICULAR POT SER SANCIONAT <\/strong> -com l&#8217;empresari-, si es paga en efectiu d&#8217;una sola vegada o en pagaments fraccionats successius que sumin aquests 2500,00\u20ac per la compra del b\u00e9 o de la prestaci\u00f3 del servei.<\/p>\n<p>Parlem sempre de pagaments en efectiu, (paper moneda, i moneda), fins i tot <strong>el xec bancari al portador estaria en aquesta limitaci\u00f3 <\/strong>.
